Zanita Wiggins, LCSW, is the founder of Restoration & Clarity Counseling Center, PLLC. A social worker both by profession and at heart, she brings over 16 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, with the past five years dedicated to clinical social work practice. Throughout her career, Zanita has worked with individuals from birth through the end of life, approaching each stage with compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of the human experience.

 

Zanita specializes in working with individuals who have experienced psychological and emotional abuse, as well as those navigating the impact of attachment injuries and relational trauma. She is passionate about helping clients reclaim their sense of self, rebuild their identity, and develop a clearer understanding of who they are beyond their experiences. Her work focuses on identifying patterns rooted in early and ongoing relationships, and supporting clients in developing more secure, healthy connections—with themselves and with others.

 

She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy, and has experience working with personality disorders. Zanita takes an integrative, client-centered approach, recognizing that no two individuals are the same. Whether working with adolescents, emerging adults, adults, or older adults, she creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. She is deeply drawn to the resilience within each person’s story and is dedicated to helping clients find meaning in their experiences while navigating what comes next with clarity and intention.

 

Outside of her clinical work, Zanita values spending time with her family and her church community, and enjoys creating new experiences and adventures. These moments ground her and reflect the same sense of connection, presence, and intentional living that she brings into her work with clients.

 

It is both an honor and a privilege to walk alongside others in their journey toward healing, restoration, and clarity.
